Frequently asked questions

How is it so comfortable?

It comes down to four things.

There's no underwire. Instead, the SoftCore Bra has a bonded cradle that sits exactly where a wire would and lifts you from underneath, so nothing hard presses into your ribs.

The straps are thick and wide, so the weight spreads evenly across your shoulder instead of pressing into one narrow line.

The back band is wide and firm. It carries the weight across your ribcage where your body can actually take it, so the load never drops onto your shoulders.

And the whole bra is seamless — no stitching across the cup, no elastic edges — so there's nothing rubbing against your skin all day.

There's no underwire. How does it lift and support?

The lifting is done by a bonded cradle. It sits exactly where the underwire sits in a normal bra, curving under and around each breast, and lifts you from underneath the same way a wire does. The difference is it's bonded fabric instead of metal, so it holds that shape without a hard edge pressing into your ribs.

From there, the moulded cups hold their shape under weight instead of flattening out, so you stay lifted and separated rather than collapsing into one shape by midday.

And the wide, firm band anchors everything to your ribcage and carries the weight there, so the bra stays where it should instead of riding up as the day goes on.

How is this different from a bralette or a regular wireless bra?

A bralette removes the structure and calls it comfort. Most wireless bras do the same. We kept the structure and removed the wire, a harder thing to engineer, and the reason this holds a shape a bralette can't.

Will it work for a fuller bust?

Yes. The SoftCore Bra goes up to 3XL, covering bands 30 to 44 and cups up to a DD — so a 34DD, a 38B or a 42C are all covered.

If you're above a DD, we're not there yet. We're currently working on expanding the range so we can fit bigger chests too.

The fuller you are, the more the bonded cradle and the wide band matter. They carry the weight across your ribcage rather than letting it hang from your shoulders, which is the part most wireless bras skip and why they tend to stop working at larger sizes.

What size should I order?

Go by the bra size you wear now:

  • S — 30B to 30D
  • M — 30DD to 32D
  • L — 32DD to 36B
  • XL — 34DD to 38B
  • 2XL — 36DD to 40B
  • 3XL — 40C to 44B

If you fall between two sizes, size up. If you'd rather measure, the full guide is under Find my size on the product page — measure snugly around your ribcage directly under the bust for your band, and around the fullest part of your bust for the cup.

Will it show under fitted clothing?

No. The band is wide, so it spreads across a big area of your back and sides and sits flat instead of digging in.

Narrow bands are what cause back bulges in the first place. A thin band cuts into one line and pushes everything out above and below it, and that ridge is exactly what shows through a fitted top. A wide band doesn't cut in anywhere, so there's nothing pushed out and nothing to see.

What is it made of?

The bras are made with a specific careful knit of nylon and spandex to provide you with the best comfort & lift, optimal stretch and maximum durability

How should I wash and care for it?

Hand wash cold and air dry to protect the shape and stretch. If you machine wash, use a delicate cycle, cold water, similar colours and a lingerie bag. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or iron.
